The Office of Undergraduate Recruitment's undergraduate recruitment grant program provides funds to Arts and Sciences departments and schools to build upon established best practices and explore new strategies related to undergraduate recruitment praxis.

Proposal

A clear and concise statement describing the purpose of your recruitment project and how it will meet departmental recruitment goals.

For example, state whether the grant will cover design and printing of recruitment materials, event support, open houses, etc.

Please detail the anticipated timeline for the start and completion of the recruitment project. The project must be completed by the end of April 2025 in order to help yield the class of AU2025. 

Information message

All award recipients will be expected to complete a report at the end of the project to assist the Office of Undergraduate Recruitment measure the return of investment. Recipients should submit a report of their yield initiative performance by May 30, 2025.

 

Departments should plan to work with Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications for Ohio State brand compliance. Please submit a project inquiry to get started. Any questions can be directed to asccomm@osu.edu.

 

All project proposals will be reviewed by Office of Undergraduate Recruitment staff.
